Acoustic Enclosures

We design & supply Acoustic Enclosures for existing old DG sets with output sound level confirming to CPCB norms i.e. 75 dB @ 1 mtr. We also design customized Acoustic Enclosures for equipments like Air Compressors, Blowers, Water Pumps, Brine plants, chilling plants etc. wherein the inherent sound level of 110 to 140 dBA is reduced to acceptable limits.

Features of Acoustic Enclosure : Generally the Acoustic Enclosures are modular in construction with doors suitably located for ease in maintenance Louvers are provided keeping in mind the number of ‘Airchanges’ required for optimum breathing & ventilation of the equipments. Forced Draft Ventilation is facilitated by providing Blowers for Scavenging Hot Air & Sucker Fans for inlet of Fresh Air.
